Customer Service Specialist

This role is the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, owning cases from initial enquiry through to resolution without strict scripts or call-time targets. You will manage records in CRM and Zendesk, handle escalations, and proactively improve help-centre content based on recurring questions. You’ll join a close-knit, informal team in Amsterdam’s Sloterdijk office under a permanent contract from day one. With a strong emphasis on personal development including a training budget, internal academy, and senior buddy support, you’ll help shape customer processes and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.
