Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, owning cases from initial contact through resolution and continuously improving processes and help-centre articles. You will join a close-knit, informal team in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis, leveraging your 2–6 years of support experience and language skills to enhance customer satisfaction while contributing to sustainable energy solutions.
