Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email and chat, owning cases from first contact through resolution without scripts or strict handling targets. You will work closely with colleagues to escalate when needed, identify recurring issues and improve our support processes and help-centre content. You will join a 12-person international team at our Amsterdam office on a hybrid basis, contributing to a sustainable-energy mission that helps households reduce energy use.
