The Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new partners and selling innovative software solutions. You will collaborate with the Sales team to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members as needed.
• Achieve personal annual sales growth contract value based on total opportunities.
• Manage prospects and partners within the Ideal Customer Profile in your territory.
• Follow ConnectWise's value-based sales process.
• Prospect new accounts through cold calling and email or engage existing accounts through business reviews.
• Close sales that align with ConnectWise standards for pricing and terms.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly sales goals.
• Negotiate contract terms, discounts, and implementation details.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• Fluent in Dutch (Nederlands) and English.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage large projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Recognized subject matter expert in the relevant work area.
• Comfortable making 40-50 outbound calls daily.
• Knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industries.

Working Conditions

• Onsite/Hybrid based on location.
• 0-10% travel may be required.
