The Role

We are seeking an Accounts Intern to join our Client Services team. In this position, you will receive close mentorship and gain first-hand exposure to various aspects of project and client management. You will play a vital supporting role in helping the team implement creative campaigns for our clients, designed to enhance your independence, strategic decision-making, and confidence in managing budgets, logistics, and multi-disciplinary teams for seamless campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth transition of agency projects from the initial brief to final delivery.
• Gain practical experience with invoicing, supplier coordination, and basic project and financial tracking.
• Assist with live production calls and basic shoot logistics behind the scenes.
• Contribute to client workflows and actively participate in live campaign management.
• Align and communicate effectively with Creative and Production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Availability for a full-time internship for at least 5 months.
• Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Knowledge of various media, tools, and visual communication techniques.
• Strong interest in social media platforms, trends, and developments.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2); knowledge of Dutch and other languages is a plus.
• No prior experience required, but a passion for the creative industry is essential.
