The Role

This is a specialist position focused on delivering exceptional ad creative that drives results. The most critical skill is your ability to evaluate creative concepts before launch and predict their success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, brief, and refine ad creatives for various ad platforms.
• Streamline the Ad Creative process in collaboration with our team.
• Identify successful concepts, angles, and hooks.
• Understand our target audience and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Test creatives rapidly and use results to inform subsequent iterations.
• Stay ahead of creative trends and monitor competitors closely.
• Collaborate directly with our CEO and content creators/editors.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing clear, proven results in paid advertising for D2C brands is essential; applications without one will not be considered.
• A history of identifying winning creatives.
• Specific examples of creatives you developed or influenced, along with the results achieved.
• Experience with pet brands is advantageous.
