Stacker Een afstudeeropdracht voor 4 studenten; 2x Werktuigbouwkunde en 2x Industriële Automatisering. Je ontwikkelt en realiseert een high speed stacker voor Lan Handling Technologies, dat klant specifieke productielijnen bouwt uit diverse standaard modules. Een productielijn omvat het afnemen van producten, het plaatsen op tijdelijke productdragers, het stapelen van deze dragers en het plaatsen in de autoclaaf voor sterilisatie. De huidige (De)Stacker-module voldoet niet meer aan de eisen, zoals de nieuwe CTO-eisen en de verwerkingscapaciteit. Je doel is de functie van stapelen en afstapelen te versimpelen en een nieuwe oplossing te ontwikkelen die voldoet aan de gestelde eisen.

Doelen van de Opdracht

Het afstudeerproject wordt gerealiseerd door het behalen van de volgende doelstellingen:

•

Probleemanalyse: Onderzoek naar huidige functie, types, eigenschappen, afmetingen, transportmedium en werkcondities.

•

Toepassingsanalyse: Bepalen waar de module voor ingezet wordt.

•

Technische Oplossing: Uitwerken van de functionele en technische oplossing, inclusief CAD / EPLAN en software voor aansturing.

•

Full scale Test: Uitvoeren van tests en evalueren van de resultaten.

•

Documentatie: Opstellen van een volledige documentatieset, inclusief Functioneel Design Specification (FDS) en modulespecificaties.

Waarom zijn we op zoek naar een andere oplossing?

•

De huidige stacker voldoet niet meer aan onze verwachtingen op het gebied van DFA, DFM, productiecapaciteit, lage TCO en betrouwbaarheid.
