Contribute to the design and development of residential projects across multiple stages.

Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and project documentation.

Participate in design studies, architectural detailing, and project development.

•

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.

•

Attend client meetings and project coordination sessions.

•

Help maintain design quality and consistency throughout the project.

•

Qualified architect with approximately 3–8 years of professional experience.

•

Experience working on high-quality residential projects.

•

Strong understanding of Dutch building regulations and construction practices.

•

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Rhino is a plus).

•

Strong design, detailing, and coordination skills.

•

Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).

•

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

•

Availability to start within the coming weeks.

•
