Join us as an Area Sales Manager for medical devices in the BeNeLux region. You will independently sell our products, build relationships with clinics, and provide expert support to improve patient care.
Are you passionate about the distribution of medical devices? Would you like to contribute to the optimal care and quality of life of patients? Then we are looking for you as Area Sales Manager for the BeNeLux region (m/f/d)!
The Role
You will independently sell our medical products to existing and new customers in the clinic sector, taking responsibility for your designated sales territory. You will systematically expand relationships with decision-makers in clinics and hospitals, acquire new customers, and provide professional advice on our complete range of drainage systems. Additionally, you will develop tailored solutions and offer clinical support, including guidance during implantations. You will prepare and conduct product presentations and represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and professional events. Monitoring market activities and implementing customer loyalty measures in cooperation with sales management will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Dutch and strong command of English.
- Proven professional experience in the sale of medical/medical technology products; training as a health and nursing professional or similar is advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Understanding of business administration and an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong team spirit.
- High level of commitment, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Outgoing, customer-oriented communicator who enjoys fieldwork and engaging directly with doctors and hospitals.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
