In deze dynamische rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de correcte afhandeling van servicewerkzaamheden binnen de unitbouw en woningbouw, evenals op verzoek van klanten. Je zorgt voor de planning en aansturing van de servicemonteurs, waarbij jouw technische achtergrond essentieel is. Modulaire bouwprojecten bieden tegenwoordig veel meer mogelijkheden en opties, waardoor een uitgebreid servicepakket steeds belangrijker wordt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Service Coördinator.
Wat Breng Je Mee
Als assistent servicecoördinator heb je enkele jaren werkervaring in een functie waar techniek en planning samenkomen. Daarnaast herken jij je in het volgende:
•
Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
•
Je hebt een VCA-vol certificaat of bent bereid deze bij ons te behalen.
•
Je bent in het bezit van een B rijbewijs.
•
Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een teamplayer.
•
Je werkt oplossingsgericht, durft initiatief te nemen, en bent accuraat en klantgericht.
