Drive Anduril's European expansion by supporting growth and corporate development teams in building relationships with industry leaders across the UK and Continental Europe.

Shape pre-contract strategies by defining scope, developing proposals, and generating term sheets during the pre-commit phases of international projects.

•

Act as the supply chain representative in critical go/no-go decisions, providing market intelligence and risk assessments for leadership discussions.

•

Monitor and analyze the dynamics of the UK/EU industrial ecosystem, emerging manufacturing technologies, and regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities.

•

Develop a regional supply base by proactively identifying and qualifying suppliers across various commodity categories.

•

Lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, and onboarding for Anduril's European partners, assessing their technical capabilities, capacity, quality systems, and financial stability.

•

Understand and mitigate supply chain risks and constraints across tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers.

•

Drive localization initiatives that enhance competitive positioning and comply with national security supply chain requirements.

•

Provide strategic advisory support to European industry partners as they identify and develop regional suppliers.

•

Support comprehensive sourcing strategies for partners executing Anduril programs, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and security considerations.

•

Ensure compliance with European regulations (REACH, RoHS, ITAR, dual-use goods, sanctions, export controls).

•

Collaborate with business line teams to assess existing sourcing strategies and develop comprehensive approaches aligned with Anduril's product roadmap and cost targets.

•

Serve as the primary liaison between Anduril's engineering, operations, program teams, and UK/European manufacturing partners.

•

Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers and Global Sourcing Managers to deliver integrated solutions.

•

Manage supplier performance, including escalation protocols, corrective action oversight, and strategic capacity planning to support rapid scaling and new product introductions.

•

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

•

12+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement focused on contract manufacturing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.

•

Proven success in negotiating and managing complex manufacturing agreements with European suppliers, with a deep understanding of European business culture and negotiation practices.

•

Professional fluency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication effectively.

•

Regulatory expertise in the European compliance landscape (FEFTA, Three Principles on Transfer of Defense Equipment, export controls, dual-use technology regulations).

•

Broad commodity knowledge across electronics, precision manufacturing, materials, optics, sensors, and other defense-relevant categories.

•

Experience managing complex supplier relationships and negotiating agreements with Japanese companies is a plus.

•

Strong analytical and financial skills, including total cost modeling, should-cost analysis, and make-vs-buy assessments.

•

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30–40%).

•

Ability to work across international time zones with U.S. partners.

•

Prior experience in the defense industry is highly desirable.

•

Proven track record of building supplier networks and partnerships in Europe.

•

Experience in NPI strategic sourcing in fast-paced environments.

•

Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., electronics, machining).

•

Strong financial acumen, including TCO and cost reduction.

•

Experience supporting growth teams or corporate development functions is highly valued.

•
