The Role

As an Associate Product Manager in the Transaction Banking Department, you will support the development and management of Transaction Banking products, contributing to product enhancements and efficient delivery across the product lifecycle. You will partner with sales and internal stakeholders to support client engagement and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, enhancement, and management of Transaction Banking products.
• Translate business requirements into practical solutions and support delivery execution.
• Manage projects related to product development and process optimization, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide product expertise and develop marketing materials.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities based on client feedback.
• Represent the bank at industry forums and client meetings.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and market trends to support product evolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transaction Banking product management or treasury advisory in an international bank or consultancy.
• Proven project management experience in the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of Transaction Banking products (payments, collections, liquidity, trade finance).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across EMEA.
