Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation and tech process optimization projects.
• Use tools like Replit, Cursor, and Claude to create and enhance automation processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, HR) to identify challenges and deliver automated solutions that enhance business operations.
• Investigate and apply new technologies and coding solutions to foster continuous improvement and streamline workflows.
• Identify repetitive tasks and manual processes suitable for automation, implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
• Integrate automation tools and scripts across various platforms and systems to ensure smooth communication and data flow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Open to feedback and committed to improvement.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Replit, Cursor, and Claude for coding.
• Familiarity with automation integration using tools like Zapier and n8n.
• Experience with process optimization techniques.
