We are looking for a data-driven B2B CRM Marketing Specialist to implement reactive and lifecycle campaigns for our SaaS products, including Salonized, Treatwell Connect, and Treatwell Expert. Reporting to the B2B CRM Manager, you will create and execute campaigns that introduce new products and features to salon partners, respond to immediate business needs, and maintain ongoing engagement with our SaaS offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

•

**New Product & Feature Launch Campaigns**: Execute comprehensive CRM campaigns for new SaaS product and feature launches, ensuring salon partners are informed, activated, and quickly adopting new functionalities.

**Reactive & Ad Hoc Campaigns**: Manage reactive requests and ad hoc campaign needs from Product, Customer, and Supply teams, transforming quick-turnaround briefs into well-executed, on-brand CRM communications.

•

**Lifecycle & Retention Campaigns**: Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns that consistently communicate the value of our SaaS products to salon partners, enhancing engagement and reducing churn.

**Multi-Market Localisation**: Tailor campaign content for various markets and languages, maintaining brand consistency while addressing local requirements.

•

**Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Supply teams to anticipate upcoming launches and reactive needs, ensuring timely briefing, building, and delivery of campaigns.
