Over AMORELIE - Onze Missie In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, opzetten en continu verbeteren van geautomatiseerde klantreizen en lifecyclecampagnes via het CRM-platform van EQOM. Je zorgt ervoor dat de doelstellingen van het B2B-kanaal goed worden vertegenwoordigd binnen de gezamenlijke CRM-roadmap. Je combineert campagne-ontwerp met prestatie-analyse om verbeteringen te realiseren. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de implementatie van AI-ondersteunde CRM-oplossingen.

Je fungeert als de dedicated CRM-specialist voor het B2B-kanaal en werkt intensief samen met verschillende stakeholders. Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert geautomatiseerde klantreizen en lifecyclecampagnes, ontwikkelt datagedreven klantsegmentaties en stimuleert omzetgroei en klantloyaliteit.
