In this role, you will oversee inventory management and logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will handle shipping and receiving, manage hazardous materials, and support deployed operations.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Adhere to Top Aces policies and procedures.
• Manage local stores inventory and satellite warehousing.
• Maintain valid Dangerous and Controlled goods certifications.
• Oversee RFP, PO, and RO transactions in TA IT systems.
• Coordinate purchasing actions with TA Logistics.
• Monitor delivery dates and communicate with suppliers.
• Conduct incoming inspections and manage inventory system updates.
• Prepare items for shipping, adhering to special packaging instructions.
• Support safety programs and Quality Management System.
• Assist in training and instruction of personnel as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Vereisten

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving and/or inventory management.
• Military or commercial aviation logistics experience is a significant asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP Systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• High level of professionalism and respect for team members.
