We are looking for a motivated Research Technician to join our Battery Materials team in Ghislenghien, Belgium. In this onsite role, you will contribute to product innovation by focusing on conductive additives and active materials for lithium-ion batteries. Collaborate with an experienced team in a dynamic innovation center to develop next-generation energy storage solutions.

Your responsibilities will include fabricating lithium-ion batteries, conducting electrochemical performance testing, and analyzing data to inform R&D decisions. You will also assist in optimizing battery formulations, manage laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

To qualify, you need a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of laboratory experience, including hands-on work with controlled atmosphere equipment and knowledge of hazardous materials. Experience in the EV battery or energy storage industry is preferred.
