The Role

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist, you will work remotely from Canada and be an integral part of our enthusiastic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls from potential customers, guiding them through the decision-making process and offering innovative broadband solutions that enhance their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers to present the value of Xplore Internet Services — no cold calling involved!
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers drawn to us through marketing efforts.
• Actively listen to customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Promote additional Xplore products and services.
• Utilize relationship-building skills to successfully close sales.
• Collaborate with partners to schedule customer installation appointments.
• Manage individual prospects through follow-up calls and emails.
• Work independently towards personal and team objectives.
• Enjoy a base hourly rate plus an uncapped monthly bonus of 30-50% of your base wage, with every sale contributing to your bonus.
• Participate in regular sales incentive programs and contests.
• Make outbound calls to existing leads to offer premium internet solutions.

Requirements

• Bilingual (French/English) is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong closing techniques.
• Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and suggest additional products/services.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Professionalism and tact in representing the organization.
• Self-motivated and focused on achieving work objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
• Familiarity with voicemail and email systems.
