Als BREEAM Specialist bij DGMR ben je verantwoordelijk voor uitdagende en spraakmakende projecten. Je begeleidt het volledige BREEAM-certificeringsproces, van ontwerp tot oplevering, en vertaalt duurzaamheidsambities naar praktische ontwerp- en uitvoeringskeuzes. Je adviseert en inspireert opdrachtgevers, ontwerpteams en bouwpartners over BREEAM en duurzaamheidsthema’s. Je voert controles en inspecties uit op de bouwplaats om de duurzaamheidsprestaties te waarborgen. Je werkt aan een dynamische mix van grote, complexe projecten in teamverband en kleinere projecten zelfstandig. Je verbindt jouw BREEAM-expertise met thema's zoals bouwfysica, comfort, gezondheid, circulariteit, MPG, Paris Proof en (B)ENG.
Vereisten
•
Minimaal een Hbo-diploma in een relevante richting (bijv. Bouwkunde, Werktuigbouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Facility Management, Climate & Management).
•
Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in duurzaamheid en/of de gebouwde omgeving.
•
Ervaring met BREEAM-certificeringstrajecten is essentieel.
•
Kennis van WELL of GPR, MPG, BCI, WEII en/of CRREM is een waardevolle pre.
•
Affiniteit met bouwkunde, architectuur en installatietechniek.
