In de rol van Business Controller bij Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van de sturing binnen de organisatie. Je combineert cijfermatige expertise met strategisch advies, waardoor jouw bijdrage aan de toekomstbestendigheid van de organisatie direct zichtbaar en waardevol is.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt terecht in het enthousiaste en groeiende team van Planning & Control, waar je samen met collega's van Finance, Zorgadministratie, Zorgcontractering en Informatiemanagement werkt. Je rapporteert aan de Directeur Bedrijfsvoering en speelt een belangrijke rol in het adviseren van de directie en het management.

•

Vertalen van financiële en operationele data naar heldere inzichten en concrete adviezen.

•

Bijdragen aan het opzetten en verbeteren van stuurinformatie en rapportages.

•

Signaleren van risico’s en kansen en deze proactief adresseren en bespreken.

•

Verbinden van cijfers met de praktijk en eigenaarschap bij managers stimuleren.

•

Ontwikkelen van strategische business cases en investeringsplannen.

Salaris conform FWG 65 van de CAO VVT (min €4.822,50 en max €7.263,93 op basis van 36 uur).
