Join Lepaya! We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to enhance our team. This internship provides practical experience in managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and transforming them into valuable sales opportunities.

The Role

You will nurture inbound leads from various sources, qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and facilitate meetings for Account Executives. Your role will also involve maintaining data integrity and supporting outbound prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads from the website, campaigns, and events through timely follow-ups.
• Qualify MQLs and schedule meetings for the appropriate Account Executives.
• Personalize interactions where automation falls short.
• Keep track of activities, update lead statuses, and ensure data cleanliness.
• Enhance lead flow and improve campaign-to-pipeline conversion rates.
• Assist in outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to foster a robust pipeline and represent the brand on social media.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Eager to learn about sales, business development, and the L&D sector.
• Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about engaging with new individuals.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with both warm follow-ups and cold outreach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting and adapt to change.
• Available for a full-time internship based in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
