The Role

As a Business Operations Associate, you will be the reliable engine of our operations team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring orders flow smoothly, addressing seller and operational inquiries, conducting operational checks, and developing AI skills and automations to minimize repetitive tasks. You will learn the complete order journey and progressively take on more responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cross-system checks to identify and resolve missing or stuck orders.
• Assist sellers and partners by managing operational tickets and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Utilize Claude to create skills and automations that streamline repetitive tasks.
• Drive improvements to tools and processes you interact with daily.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a numerate economics/finance track.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude for building simple skills.
• Strong reliability and coachability, with a focus on delivering quality work on time.
• Quick learner who adapts to new tools and processes efficiently.
• Enthusiasm for startups and a desire for ownership in your role.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to present findings and raise issues promptly.

Nice to Have

• Experience through internships or part-time roles in consulting, banking, operations, analytics, e-commerce, or startups.
• Basic coding skills (Python/SQL) or familiarity with no-code tools (Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable).
• Previous experience building a Claude skill, agent, or automation.
