Stranger Soccer is expanding into key cities worldwide, and we are seeking a License Owner to launch and manage the Stranger Soccer business in Amsterdam. This unique role is perfect for entrepreneurial individuals who are driven and passionate about football.

Football is the world's most popular sport, boasting over 3.5 billion fans across more than 200 countries. However, many people do not play regularly. Stranger Soccer aims to change that by making it as easy to play football as going for a jog or hitting the gym. Through our mobile app, players can browse games, book instantly, and participate. Originating in Singapore, we are now present in over 10 cities globally, having conducted more than 100,000 games. We are looking for license partners to help us expand further.

De Rol

As a License Owner, you will be responsible for launching and bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life in Amsterdam.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Launch and establish the Stranger Soccer brand in your city.
• Build, train, and manage a small core team (2–3 people) and freelance Official Hosts (game hosts).
• Source and secure quality venues and time slots for games.
• Execute creative marketing and sales initiatives (both digital and on-the-ground) to grow your player base.
• Manage game operations to ensure a consistently great customer experience that drives repeat participation.
• Leverage support, systems, and expertise from our headquarters in Singapore, including operations and technology.

• A strong passion for football and a connection to your local football community.
• Experience in business, management, or customer-facing roles.
• An entrepreneurial mindset (prior startup or business experience is a plus).
• Ownership mentality with the drive to build and scale a business locally.
