In this role of Business Process Expert, you will ensure robust and compliant Finance access management capabilities by owning the end-to-end process design, readiness, and adoption. Your responsibilities include:

The Role

You will own and evolve complex Finance access management capabilities across Business, Region & Zones, and Functions organizations, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. You will define and maintain the access management roadmap, focusing on the proper access for Finance job positions in all finance domains.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Finance access management capabilities, ensuring compliance.
• Define and maintain the access management roadmap.
• Establish minimum access management process standards and governance.
• Drive and co-create fit-for-purpose access management processes.
• Ensure proper build-up of SAP Authorization roles and alignment with SAP FICO functionality.
• Contribute to SAP implementations, enhancements, and upgrades for Finance functions.
• Ensure access management process readiness, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish performance reporting and dashboards for access management capabilities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Lead a team of 4 FTEs, managing their workload and development plans.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, access management, or related domains.
• Proven hands-on SAP FICO access management experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA) preferred.
• Experience with operational access management SOx controls.
