We're seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. In this role, you will support the sales department, ensuring they can effectively perform their duties. You will act as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, working to resolve issues efficiently while fostering lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Role

You will handle incoming communications, including telephone calls, emails, and requests, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel based on priorities, ensuring follow-up and checking deadlines. You will manage product information, documentation, and sampling processes according to established procedures, and interact with internal functions such as Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Procurement to ensure necessary support. Additionally, you will assist your customer service team by addressing technical and logistical issues and managing pricing in the pricing tools. Effective administration, organization, and reporting using tools like CRM, SAP, and PowerBI will be essential.
