NAMSA is a pioneering organization dedicated to medical device materials safety and has been instrumental in shaping industry standards since 1976. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will play a key role in our mission to deliver top-notch MedTech development solutions.
The Role
You will be responsible for business analysis, design, configuration, coordination, implementation, and support of various systems. This includes defining functional requirements, detailed technical design, system configuration, and conducting various testing phases. You will also participate in process improvements and engage in enterprise-wide change management for system revisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop business analysis and system deployment activities.
- Define functional requirements and detailed technical designs.
- Conduct unit, systems, and acceptance testing.
- Engage in process improvements and project task definitions.
- Provide escalated technical support for enterprise client areas.
- Track and address bugs identified during testing and production.
- Conceptualize new processes and systems to enhance business value.
- Document systems for turnover and training purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in computer systems or business analysis preferred.
- Proven experience in the software development life cycle and system configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
- Strong customer service skills and experience working with business units.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a global environment.
- Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
