Relocation to the United States — Norfolk, Virginia. We provide the NATO-5 visa. A multinational defense organization is enhancing its electromagnetic operations and warfare capabilities. This position supports the program from requirements to doctrine and validation.

You will assist in developing capability products under the alliance governance model, supporting the program director and project coordinators while collaborating with agencies and nations. Your responsibilities will include capturing, analyzing, and tracing requirements at all levels, developing and reviewing doctrinal documents such as policies, directives, and concepts of operation. You will coordinate across all lines of development, propose actions in case of conflicts, and organize workshops, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, you will work closely with national and international organizations, centers of excellence, and academia, maintain program status information, support capability validation, and identify lessons learned and best practices.
