Relocation to the United States — Norfolk, Virginia. We provide the NATO-5 visa. A multinational defense organization is enhancing its joint intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and awareness capabilities. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the methodological and analytical work behind this program.
The Role
You will be involved in:

Supporting the development of capability products within the alliance governance framework.
•
Assisting the program director and project coordinators, including collaboration with agencies and nations.
•
Providing methodological and analytical expertise for a comprehensive approach to this capability area.
•
Supporting various projects, including the intelligence line of effort.
•
Capturing, analyzing, and tracing requirements at all levels.
•
Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
•
Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing solutions to conflicts.
•
Organizing and participating in workshops, seminars, and conferences.
•
Collaborating with national and international organizations, centers of excellence, and academia.
•
Maintaining program status information and supporting capability validation.
