This position plays a crucial role in supporting the capability program associated with this initiative.

You will be involved in the development of capability products within the alliance governance model, assisting the program director and project coordinators while collaborating with agencies and nations. Your responsibilities will include providing methodological and analytical expertise for a comprehensive approach to multi-domain and joint effects, as well as supporting specific projects, particularly in the fires integration area. You will be tasked with capturing, analyzing, and tracing requirements at all levels, developing and reviewing doctrinal materials, coordinating across all development lines, and proposing solutions in case of conflicts. Additionally, you will organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences, while collaborating with national and international organizations, centers of excellence, and academia. Maintaining program status information and aiding in capability validation will also be part of your duties.
