Als Category Manager Packaging Procurement maak je deel uit van de procurementorganisatie binnen de Business Group van Aviko. Je opereert in een internationale, ambitieuze omgeving en werkt intensief samen met collega's binnen Operations, Supply Chain, Quality en R&D, evenals met leveranciers en andere externe partners. Je werkt in een professionele Procurement-omgeving die volop in ontwikkeling is en een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Dit biedt jou de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, stakeholders te verbinden en zichtbare impact te maken op innovatie, duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en kosten. Tegelijkertijd draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van zowel de verpakkingscategorie als de procurementfunctie.
De Rol
In deze rol draait het om meer dan sourcing en onderhandelen. Met jouw overtuigingskracht breng je belangen bij elkaar, beïnvloed je besluitvorming en creëer je draagvlak voor strategische keuzes en verbeterinitiatieven. Je rapporteert aan de Business Partner Procurement.
