The Role

We are looking for a committed Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in a part-time, on-site position at our restaurant in The Hague. In this role, you will efficiently manage your station, uphold the quality and presentation of dishes, and assist in preparing seasonal French-Mediterranean cuisine. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining high food hygiene standards, organizing the kitchen, and collaborating with the Head Chef and team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

• Previous experience in a similar role within fine dining establishments is highly preferred.
• Culinary education or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
