Eurofins Spinnovation Analytical in Oss is seeking a Chemical Analyst for our GMP laboratory, primarily focusing on LC-MS/MS testing. The initial contract duration is approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The start date is no later than July 20.

About the Company

Eurofins Spinnovation Analytical is a GMP-certified and FDA-inspected contract laboratory serving the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. As part of Eurofins Scientific, we specialize in analytical R&D and QC testing, being the Center of Excellence for NMR and solid-state characterization.

The Role

As a Chemical Analyst in the QC laboratory, you will independently conduct and report on chemical analyses of pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. In addition to LC-MS, you may also perform ICP or NMR tests. You will receive on-the-job training to master these analytical techniques while adhering to international guidelines such as GMP, EP, and USP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharmaceutical products using LC-MS and other tests in accordance with international guidelines.
• Prepare and process samples for analysis.
• Report results to the project team following quality standards and internal procedures.
• Ensure the implementation, development, optimization, validation/calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
• Design and execute work plans for analyses and tests, compiling and reporting results in English.
• Participate in and support the quality system by writing, implementing, and executing SOPs to ensure consistent and accurate laboratory results.

Requirements

• A diploma at MBO or HBO/Bachelor level in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least one year of laboratory experience, preferably with LC-MS in a highly regulated environment like GMP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Availability for 32-40 hours per week on-site in Oss.
