In this role, you will be pivotal in guiding Philips' communication strategies related to governance, sustainability, and responsible business practices. Collaborating closely with Marnix van Ginneken, the Chief Legal Officer and ESG leader, you will help ensure alignment on priorities that matter to employees and stakeholders.

The Role

You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with Philips' purpose and values. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders in Legal, ESG, Public Affairs, and Compliance to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Crafting messages, presentations, and content for various internal communication channels.
• Supporting communications that integrate ESG into daily business practices, emphasizing sustainable innovation and patient safety.
• Overseeing consistency across communication channels to maintain a unified Philips voice.
• Managing content calendars and editorial schedules to optimize engagement and impact.
• Measuring the effectiveness of communications and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal/external communications at a senior level in global organizations, preferably in healthcare or technology.
• Master's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of legal, governance, ESG, and public affairs.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent judgment regarding confidentiality and stakeholder expectations.
