Als Clinic Assistant ben jij het eerste gezicht van onze kliniek en zorg je voor een fijne ervaring voor iedere klant die binnenkomt. Dankzij jouw gastvrije houding, oog voor detail en organisatorische skills verloopt elke dag soepel, zowel voor klanten als voor onze behandelaars.
De Rol
In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het ontvangen van klanten en het bieden van een warm, professioneel welkom.
•
Het ondersteunen van behandelaars met administratieve taken en dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden.
•
Beheren van alle communicatie van de kliniek, zoals telefoontjes en e-mails.
•
Zorgdragen voor een schone, georganiseerde en professionele omgeving in de kliniek.
•
Het bewaken van voorraadniveaus, het bestellen van materialen en uitvoeren van kleine facilitaire taken.
•
Assisteren bij planning, documentatie en voorbereidingen voor klanten.
•
Het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden gedurende de openingstijden.
•
Flexibele inzetbaarheid, waaronder weekenden en vakantieperiodes wanneer nodig.
