Als Clinical Specialist – Allergan Aesthetics ondersteun je zorgprofessionals bij het veilig en effectief gebruik van Allergan Aesthetics-producten door middel van op maat gemaakte in-clinic faciliteiten in lijn met de AMI Educational Journey. Je identificeert opleidingsbehoeften, ontwikkelt gepersonaliseerde leertrajecten en helpt zorgprofessionals vertrouwen en vaardigheden op te bouwen in patiëntbeoordeling, behandelplanning, anatomie en goedgekeurde injectietechnieken.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
•
Levering van in-clinic facilitatiediensten (70%).
•
Ondersteuning van ongeveer 30 zorgprofessionals in lijn met strategische prioriteiten.
•
Ontwikkeling van op maat gemaakte educatieve trajecten en documentatie van activiteiten in Veeva CRM.
•
Promotie van AMI Digital World en digitale curricula (15%).
•
Ondersteuning van AMI-evenementen, workshops, conferenties en mentorprogramma's (15%).
•
Zorgen voor een hoogwaardige, consistente en conforme leerervaring.
