Your mission is to ensure effective coordination and implementation of War Child’s Evidence-Based Methods (EBMs) within assigned clusters. You will translate strategies into relevant support for partners, oversee EBM quality assurance, and connect strategy to practice by guiding Child Protection Specialists.

As the Child Protection Senior Specialist, you will maintain oversight of thematic quality assurance for EBM integration and scaling by partners, ensuring high-quality delivery. You will coordinate thematic support, operationalize guidance, lead adaptive learning cycles, and strengthen organizational capacity in Child Protection EBMs.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Maintain cluster-level oversight of thematic quality assurance for EBM integration and implementation.
- Coordinate thematic support provided by specialists within a cluster.
- Ensure operationalization of thematic and EBM guidance to guarantee contextual relevance.
- Lead adaptive learning cycles for EBMs at the cluster level.
- Strengthen organizational and partner capacity in Child Protection EBMs through training and mentoring.
- Represent War Child's EBM Care System externally to enhance sector engagement.
- Contribute to the learning agenda for EBMs.
Vereisten
- Relevant academic background in Child Protection or a related field.
- Experience in humanitarian or post-conflict contexts.
- Proven experience in program design, needs assessment, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are beneficial.
