Your mission is to ensure effective coordination and implementation of War Child’s Evidence-Based Methods (EBMs) across a designated cluster of partners and countries. You will translate strategies and methodologies into contextually relevant support, overseeing EBM quality assurance and partner onboarding. You may also directly support specific countries or partners as needed.

War Child is an international NGO dedicated to providing psychosocial support and quality education to children affected by armed conflict. We operate globally, with teams in various countries including Afghanistan, Colombia, and Syria.

In this role, you will maintain oversight of thematic quality assurance for EBM integration and implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery by partners. You will coordinate support provided by specialists, operationalize guidance and standards, and lead adaptive learning cycles at the cluster level. Additionally, you will strengthen organizational and partner capacity through training and mentoring.

• Oversee thematic quality assurance for EBM integration and scaling by partners.
• Coordinate thematic support and advise on resource allocation within the cluster.
• Lead adaptive learning cycles, ensuring lessons learned inform practice.
• Represent War Child’s EBM Care System Portfolio externally to enhance sector engagement.
• Contribute to the learning agenda for EBMs, gathering and sharing partner experiences.

Vereisten

• Relevant academic background in a related field.
• Experience in humanitarian or post-conflict contexts.
• Proven experience in program design, needs assessment, and quality assurance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Dari) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and evidence-based programming.
