Bij Ayvens begint jouw carrière met ons Commercial Talent Program, een 8 weken durend onboarding programma voor nieuwe medewerkers. Je maakt kennis met verschillende commerciële teams en leert ons werkproces kennen, van online-aanvragen tot de bestelling van voertuigen. Na succesvolle afronding van het programma zoeken we samen een passende plek in een Sales team.
De Rol
Als deelnemer ga je aan de slag bij een van onze Sales teams. Je belt online-aanvragen na, benadert potentiële klanten, werkt offertes uit en verzorgt de follow-up. Je doet ervaring op in het acquireren en beheren van MKB tot grote corporate klanten. Daarnaast maak je kennis met verschillende onderdelen van het vak via branchetrainingen en interne trainingen.
