DEINE AUFGABEN
In the role of Community & Creator Manager, you will oversee the development and growth of athlete, creator, and community programs for leading global brands. You will manage day-to-day interactions with athletes and creators, ensuring they receive the necessary support across various aspects including product, travel, and events.
You will:

Lead athlete, creator, and community programs for selected global accounts, managing everything from planning to execution and reporting.
•
Cultivate strong relationships with athletes and creators, ensuring they have the resources they need for success.
•
Identify cultural and community opportunities that can enhance programs and add value for our partners.
•
Expand existing relationships by proactively seeking opportunities to grow programs and partnerships.
•
Connect global strategies with local insights, identifying relevant athletes and creators in local markets.
•
Collaborate with creator platforms to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize program delivery.
•
Build a robust network within the sports and culture landscape, maintaining strong connections with various stakeholders.
•
Work closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, and production to create impactful programs.
•
Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
•
Stay informed on cultural trends in sports and communities, integrating this knowledge into your work.
