In this fulfilling position, you will provide tailored, person-centered care that enables clients to live independently and enhance their quality of life. Flexible casual hours are available, with a requirement to work at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm. You will support clients in Berwick, Narre Warren, and Cranbourne.

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Help with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Transport clients to appointments and outings.

Vereisten

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalent.
• A current driver’s license and access to a fully insured, registered vehicle for travel between client homes.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, and Police check.
• Genuine respect for the dignity and independence of older people.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a community setting.
• Availability across a flexible casual roster, including some early mornings.
