Bachelor’s degree in law, compliance, risk management, business administration, security management, or a related discipline.

Significant professional experience in compliance, risk, audit, legal, or corporate security.
•
Demonstrable experience in conducting compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and investigations.
•
Strong understanding of governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
•
Experience drafting policies, reports, and management recommendations.
•
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
