We are currently looking for a new Analyst/Associate to join our Corporate Finance team in Amsterdam.

As an Analyst/Associate, you will be responsible for actively identifying and assessing potential target investment companies. You will conduct thorough research on selected targets, including financial modeling, strategic, and competitor analysis. Additionally, you will analyze, prepare, and draft presentations of company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and transaction documentation for both sell- and buy-side purposes. Collaboration with senior team members in marketing and origination activities will also be part of your role, along with assisting in preparing historical and projected financial statements and conducting valuation analysis.
