About the Role

You will be Murphy's first representative in The Netherlands, establishing our business in a market with proven product-market fit and the most advanced AI product in a blue ocean market. You will open the market by identifying banks, lenders, and collection agencies, building the pipeline yourself. Your responsibilities include:

Unlocking the mid-market by testing multiple go-to-market strategies and contributing to a scalable playbook.

•

Learning the domain quickly, understanding collections operations, systems, and local regulations to outpace competitors.

•

Winning deals through discovery, shaping commercial terms, negotiating, and closing.

•

Owning relationships with key stakeholders, expanding into new products and stages, and fostering partnerships.

•

Leading a team of engineers to integrate Murphy and get the first live calls operational.

•

Managing the P&L for your market, making its numbers your own.

About You

You are a non-technical startup founder or head of sales in a tech company, adept at starting from scratch and securing buy-in. You have experience selling complex products, ideally to banks or in regulated environments. You are sharp, autonomous, and operationally relentless, capable of mastering complicated domains quickly. A background in collections is not required; we prefer to teach the domain to a strong candidate rather than hire someone who cannot sell. You are based in The Netherlands, with native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, and you understand the local market dynamics.
