We are talent obsessed and deeply believe that the raw skills of our people, and their collective brilliance is what makes us truly extraordinary! ## The Role: As a fast-growing company, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Creative Production Intern to assist our Creative Producer in executing productions from brief to delivery of assets, closely collaborating with our Creative Content team. You will take on a variety of practical production responsibilities within the execution phase of our campaign shoots. Additionally, you will gain exposure to Creative Operations by supporting tasks such as updating our usage overview in Monday.com and organizing final campaign assets in Bynder. ## Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our social team to manage content shoots, including models, locations, styling, and props. - Provide overall production and executional support during campaign shoot days. - Scout and connect with location, model, and talent/freelancer agencies for shoots. - Assist with production planning and budget management. - Maintain a database of freelancers and production partners. ## Requirements: - You are pursuing a degree in Creative, Marketing, or Business Management. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - A hands-on mentality. - Interest or knowledge of the creative production ecosystem is a plus. - Interest or knowledge of trends in the beauty/lifestyle/fashion industry is a plus. - A solution-minded and proactive attitude is essential. - A driver's license is necessary. - Available for the Internship Programme from Mon 1st Feb 2027 - Wed 4th Aug 2027. - Must be seeking a full-time, onsite internship for 5 months. - Must have an Internship contract from your School/University integrated into your study program. - Available for 5 days per week, with 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office. ## What We Offer: - Compensation for the internship (€450 per month). - 1 day of remote work per week. - Free fresh daily lunch via our partner Feedr, plus drinks and snacks in the office. - Regular team activities and drinks. - Monthly €10 contribution towards ClassPass membership. - Mental health support via OpenUp. - Monthly well-being classes at the office. - Travel expenses reimbursed up to €200 per month for non-EU students. - Travel expenses covered during the summer (when university cards don’t apply), up to €50 per week for EU students.
