As a CRM Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze requirements to enhance our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, focusing on sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Education, Quality, and other departments as necessary. You will ensure business requirements are met while offering advisory services including project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training.

• Be responsible for all CRM support and business needs for the Sales, Professional Education, and Marketing Teams.
• Document business needs, distinguishing between needs and wants, and identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM functionality.
• Design and document solutions to fill identified gaps and provide detailed business requirements.
• Configure and customize the CRM system, including application testing and evaluation for quality assurance.
• Evaluate and implement add-ons to enhance the CRM system.
• Prepare and document data conversion requirements for mapping from company systems into CRM.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans.
• Create and maintain end-user training documentation and deliver training as needed.
• Analyze and resolve critical production application issues.
• Construct summary and detailed views in MS Dynamics for all CRM subject areas.
• Ensure consistency of CRM usage, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data.
• Oversee mass data uploads into CRM.
• Provide recommendations for other departments.
• Stay updated with new releases, patches, and system updates.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects from inception through implementation, adhering to SDLC and project management best practices.
• Drive user adoption of CRM.
• Become a subject matter expert on AtriCure products, hierarchy, and personnel.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Vereisten

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Dynamics Marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply new technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Background in Business Analysis.
