In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing Customer Relations performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. You will build tools and dashboards to support Operations and Product teams, aiming to reduce inflow and enhance customer sentiment. Your ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations will be crucial for leadership and operational decision-making. You will provide insights through root-cause analysis and collaborate with Process Managers to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows. Additionally, you will support forecasting, capacity planning, and early-warning signals for operational risks, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to improve reporting and automation. You will also focus on identifying issues in Customer Service tooling, particularly the AI chatbot, and propose specific improvements. Ensuring data quality and consistent definitions for reliable performance measurement will be key aspects of your role.
