Als medewerker customer service ben jij het aanspreekpunt dat de boel bij elkaar houdt: van binnenkomende order tot tevreden klant. Jij houdt het overzicht, houdt mensen op de hoogte en zorgt dat niets door de mazen van het net valt. Hou jij van afwisseling, schakel jij moeiteloos tussen mensen en processen en werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving? Dan is dit jouw plek.
De Rol
Je verwerkt binnenkomende orders snel en nauwkeurig in ons systeem; Je onderhoudt telefonisch en per mail contact met klanten over offertes, leveringen en vragen; Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de status van hun orders en schakelt waar nodig; Je schakelt intern onder andere met collega's van service, logistiek en de accountmanagers; Je signaleert tijdig knelpunten en zorgt voor een soepele communicatie tussen alle betrokkenen en denkt mee hoe we klanten nóg beter kunnen helpen.
