You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and chat, owning cases from first contact to resolution and improving processes and help-centre content. You’ll join a sustainable-energy provider’s close-knit, international team in a hybrid role, helping households cut energy use while developing your expertise in customer service.
Your responsibilities

Handle complaints and escalations end to end

Keep customer records accurate in CRM and Zendesk

Improve help-centre articles

Flag recurring problems to the product team
