The Customer Service Specialist will join a close-knit team in Amsterdam’s Sloterdijk office, serving as the first contact for customers via phone, email and chat. You’ll own cases end-to-end without scripts or time targets, resolving inquiries on contracts, invoices and products in Dutch and English and improving processes and help-centre content.
