Respond to customer calls, providing service and support for transactions, including quotes, orders, returns, shipments, and product inquiries.

Receive and process orders via email, phone, or fax from customers and the sales team.

Develop the capability to independently manage end-to-end transactional and inquiry requests for Bettcher’s complete product range.

Communicate with customers regarding shipment delays and necessary information for processing purchase orders.

•

Initiate orders for equipment and replacement parts, correcting errors as needed.

•

Promote the sale of new or additional services.

•

Resolve customer issues professionally, maintaining Bettcher’s reputation as a valued supplier.

•

Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.

•

Coordinate paperwork for international shipments when necessary.

•

Support global sales managers to facilitate effective communication with customers and distributors regarding orders and inquiries.

Process order returns, credits, and warranty claims.

•

Expedite orders with the factory when required.

•

Provide shipping tracking information.

•

Share information on product pricing, availability, and lead times.

•

Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and excellence in customer service.

Maintain a positive image and support the implementation of changes.
